Bug Out

Hi folks at Bug out. Thank you for providing reliable pest control service. I have to say that our "guy" Steve is amazing! So kind, proficient and always here when he says he will be. Thank you for keeping the spiders out, Steve!!!

Steven Wiggins was great he provided information and gave great detail to what he was doing in the interior and exterior points around the home. He also gave advice to help keep pest from entering the home. He was polite and respectful, I am happy with my services.

I have been sick for several weeks. Bug Out called first and I explained the situation. He came out and did what was needed but never upset me on the couch. I did appreciate his "sorry you are not feeling good". The only way I knew he was working around the house was my cat watching out the windows and going room to room to make sure he was doing his job! Smokey the cat also seems to think that Bug Out did a great job!

Technician Able arrived on time with a call notification. Inspected Garage, House Crawl Space, Detached Garage & Storage Bldg. Able was Knowledgeable, Courteous, He Answered my Questions & was a Gentleman while doing so. He's welcome to perform my next year's termite inspection.
