Bug Out

I had a possum in our backyard and Allan from Bug Out was my hero! He not only caught one, but two possums. He had a camera set on the trap and came by to pick up the cage both times within two hours. Allan was professional, friendly and had great communication skills, he would always let me know via text what was going on with the trap. I would highly recommend Bug Out’s wildlife removal program because of the humane way they trap and release the wildlife and techs like Allan that exceeded all my service expectations.

Devan did a great job with pest control at our home, as he has before. As always, he was courteous, well-informed, careful and thorough. Employees like Devan are a reason we’ve been satisfied Bugout customers for many years.

Chris Scott is the reason that I am staying with BugOut. He has demonstrated a bias for action when it comes to treating my home, for instance, he observed possible mole activity in my yard and alerted me. In addition, he has been consistently a person of integrity, doing what he said he would do,. He is true professional and customer oriented.
