Bug Out

I called Bugout several weeks ago regarding a problem I was having with mice in my garage and basement. I was fortunate enough to get Robert Jones as my residential inspector. He was able to identify and correct the problem as well as to point out some termite damage that needed to be addressed. He definitely went the extra mile to ensure that all issues were addressed. When one worker was unable to come to work on the mitigation in the garage, he stepped in to ensure that the work was completed on time. He is very conscientious and goes above and beyond standard requirements. Anyone would be fortunate to have him as their residential inspector! I feel very lucky that he was mine and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

I cannot say enough great things about Robert Davis from Terminix (BUG-OUT). Robert is awesome! He truly has a “can-do” attitude and approaches his work with professionalism and confidence. He made sure to go over every small and big detail. He conducted a thorough survey of my property, clearly shared his findings with me, and explained both the short-term and long-term action plans—not only to treat the current issue but also to prevent it from happening again. His attention to detail is unmatched. I want to sincerely thank BUG-OUT for sending Robert out to help with my pest issue. I truly appreciate everything you all do to give me peace of mind and to keep my family safe. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Service from Robert Davis at Terminix! Robert Davis did an exceptional job during his visit. He communicated his ETA clearly and kept me informed every step of the way. Once on site, he took the time to thoroughly explain what he found and what treatment options were available. I really appreciated how he presented several solutions, then recommended the one that best fit my needs — not just what was easiest. Robert’s professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for his customers truly stood out. It’s great to see someone who takes pride in what they do. I wouldn’t recommend this place. We got recommended to them but unfortunately they have the worst communication. First time getting pest control and they were supposed to come anytime between 8-12 (wish it would just be a set time instead of waiting around all morning), then it gets to 12 and they hadn’t come. I call and they said he’s coming over now. The exterminator said it was bought for morning but told to him as afternoon. So oh well nothing I can do other than be stressed and annoyed. Second week they don’t show up. I call and they told me it got canceled. They didn’t notify me or anything about this. Told me they would give me a refund. A week goes by and I haven’t gotten any notification. With my past history I knew I would have to call and do the work to get this figured out. I c
