Bug Out

My technician Reynaldo is the best.. always asking if there are any issues and addresses them pronto.. plus he’s been a consistent face to my service for years.

We have been customers of Bug Out for many, many years. Their services and their customer-focused personnel continue to be excellent. Recently we had the pleasure of working with Joshua P. who went above and beyond to take care of our problem and also Ahias P. who was very helpful and informative about the service he was providing for us. We tried the lawn care services but due to weeds, fungus, and the bug out crew not treating the lawn over two months during the summer, we cancelled and closed our account on Sept. 10th. We were billed and refunded in October after explaining the account was closed, which your employee also saw. In December we now received an accounts past due notice (for a different amount than we usually paid) and that it was sent automatically to a collection agency. We were always on Autopay and on Sept 10 we were told all is paid and our account has been closed successfully. This is an odd business practice to bill 4 months after account closure. We called to ask for resolution.

Recommend some patience. Bug Out’s customer service isn’t as responsive as it was long ago. They got bought about by larger corp… but it’s the technicians who are 5-star and are like family because I’ve been with this company since 2005. Nathan even recommended mosquito repellent to me and Walter says the bugs are attracted to the Taylor Swift poster upstairs. Haha. I miss Victor!

Juan has to be one of the best agents of any company I can recall. He is thorough and actually cares and remembers issues well beyond what you would think. He is there to solve problems with you and looks for a pathway forward to solve your problems. Thank you.
