Today in that snowy weather they made sure a tech would come out to do a deep spray for coackroaches hearing the desperation in my voice (that I took out all my dishes from my cabinets). Been using Bug Runner for a long time . Techs are always friendly and very knowledgeable. Had bees nest under vinyl siding . Tech arrived , confirmed bee infestation put on his bee suit , explained how bees were going to be dealt with. Applied insecticide powder and bee issue is resolved. Had a yellow jacket next in our attic that was starting to come through a hole in the corner of one of our bedrooms. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional from the first phone call to speaking with the lead exterminator. The guys who arrived on scene were so nice, professional and worked quickly.
