When I called for an appointment, they told me that we really didn’t need this company to come out and take care of our mouse problem, which made me feel empowered but I still wanted a professional to come out. I was told everyone there for mouse extermination had been in the business 2-10+ years. We were looking for more experience. Very responsive, professional and honest. They don't strong arm you into a contact like other places. Their rates are very reasonable and we are glad we contacted them after having called several other firms, each requiring a contact with hefty cancelation fees. Technician Blake is very good about explaining each service and is courteous and clean.
