As a longtime (more than twenty years) customer of Bugout Termite & Pest Control Inc. I have to say their commitment to service is of the highest quality. From convenient scheduling, to on time arrival and courteous delivery Bugout is always top shelf. I use two services from Bugout; a quarterly maintenance service and their seasonal mosquito, flea and tick outdoor spray service. Both are excellent for my needs! Add to that a multi generational family owned and operated small business who is dependable, honest and always friendly, I know I have found a winning combination! Always a pleasure to work with the Bugout team. There field staff are always very polite, informative, and knowledgeable. We've used them for many years and believe we are in very good hands. Definitely recommend.

Bugout is a great company! Matthew came out and expertly removed an underground YellowJacket Nest that was close to my walkway within record time. This local business with good prices is the best!

Started off with the quarterly service for my house. No real issues but small spiders, more so prevention. Have not seen a spider since. Moved to Bugouts termite service, again prevention, hopefully we are good here. This company is fantastic. They are always on time, call me when they’re on their way so I don’t have to take off work. In addition, Ashley is awesome. She’s very polite and a joy to talk to. I signed up for their mosquito service for the summer. If they can fix the mosquitoes in my backyard, it would be a miracle and I will update this review with 6 stars.

I’ve used Bugout for 2 properties now and have nothing but good things to say! From the friendly receptionists, to the timely scheduling, to the knowledgeable technicians, everything is great. I appreciate being able to get a service without having to be locked into a contract, which seems to be what most pest companies want.
