Thanks for the weekend service call and very fair rate. Took care of a large European Hornet nest that I found with my foot digging up a shrub. Gave some great advice for some stings I got too. Down to earth and just a good salt of the earth service provider. Would recommend and will use again.

Great Company to work with! Tony, the gentleman that came out and did the WDO report was kind and professional. Great prices regarding inspection prices as well as treatments. The owner was also very nice and helpful. Goes to show good business starts from the top and trickles down. Thanks again for every thing and will be using ya'll for preventive maintenance in the future.

Called Bugs or Us last minute due to company I used previous was a no show. Came out same day and can’t be more pleased. Excellent service, prompt and very professional. Will be using them here on out!

Months ago when I moved into a rental it had an infestation. One of the guys that come out from this place told me it was going to take months and months to get rid of them however, I called a guy named Mark and he come out here with his product and within a week's time the bugs were gone so, I don't know what's going on with this place but, I could imagine so I'll leave it at that and let you use your imagination.

Was going to use this business but because you forget one time to call when you got everything else on your mind to cancel which I was going to they go and say that they can't serve you and that's just an outrage like that makes no sense to me I would not recommend this company like absolutely would not recommend and it takes them a while to get rid of the bugs anyway my cousin has them they are very unprofessional
