I have a very difficult driveway to deliver propane. Buhrmaster was able to tell me which day they were coming so that I could clear and salt my driveway. They showed up exactly when they said they would be there and the driver did a great job delivering. Thanks!

Do not do business with office. They lie about the installation cost of the propane. The office manager is eric who is also the person come out to install the tank. I was quotes about $300 to set 2 propane tank. When he is done the final charge is $593. I call him about the bill and his answer was, it took longer than he estimated." HE WILL NOT BUDGET/ REDUCE THE BILL. HE SAY, "IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE BILL, HE WILL TAKE BACK ALL THE EQUIPMENTS AND PARTS." When he came and took back all the equipments and part, he only credit me $131.61. There is difference of $462, I am fighting him and his company. I have never seem manager/ company that does not work with their customer. Stay from this company and eric
