We had our fireplace tiled by someone else who did the most horrible job. I call my tile people and asked who they new that was amazing. They gave me Scott Rice’s name from Build MD. Scott at first wasn’t able to fit me in between Christmas and New Years. He then contacted me realizing I was having a party and called me to fit me in so I could have it done. He did the most amazing job. He is prompt, so friendly and his work is pure genius. The tile has sort of a pattern and he was so helpful in making sure I had the best look for my home. His work is of true artist and if you saw pictures of what he’s able to do you will be blown away. If you need your tile done and we’ll priced don’t look any farther. I highly recommend Build MD. After requesting three bids to remodel a full bathroom and adjoining kitchen we selected Build MD. While not the least expensive nor most expensive they were by far the most consultative in their recommendation. Mr Rice was always punctual and met his promised project completion date. They do great work and pay attention to the details that includes leaving project site very clean each day. I would not hesitate to engaged Build MD for future tile and wood floor w projects.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! After 2 appointments at my home and multiple conversations regarding different projects, I waited MONTHS for Scott to get back to me with estimates and to schedule work. I would reach out every 1-2 weeks to check in and he would consistently say he was "working on it" or "I have it in Quickbooks and I already sent it to you," or "I'm out of town." I am writing this review 4 months later to say that I NEVER received a quote and Scott just completely stopped responding. Everyone is busy, but how very very unprofessional to waste my time when I could have been seeking help elsewhere. They also took my personal siding and flooring samples with them so I no longer have those either!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND SCOTT (the owner) OR HIS COMPANY!

Scott was great to work with . They did a great job on our 3 room remodel due to water damage . They even finished ahead of schedule!

Scott and his son installed new flooring throughout our home. We are very happy with their work and love our new floors!
