Frankie You was the project manager. They installed 2 new patio doors. They were on time and finished promptly. He made sure everything worked properly, even adjusting the screen to lock. I'm going to have them install replacement windows soon.

Poor quality on a total home rebuild, and apparently contracts a lot of people who look for ways to cut corners on installation and even painting. Went to replace a cheap $12 bar light fixture with something better quality only to find it was plastered and painted around it so it was stuck to the wall, and there was an enormous and unnecessary hole behind the fixture that needed to be repaired, kitchen cabinets were installed so tightly that adjacent cabinet doors can’t be opened at the same time, a thermostat replacement showed a similar plaster/paint around it and so did the bathroom mirror, and installation of a poor choice of W/D sliding door revealed unfinished and exposed wood under the track when removed, to name a few.
