I purchased flooring from this company. It took 2 months to arrive; which is what I expected. Once the product arrived I called and told the pickup location at 650 selig dr Atlanta ga That I would be in to pick it up on Saturday (August, 5, 2017). The women explained that they were open for pickups from 10am to 4pm and I let her know we would be there. When we arrived at the location the gates were locked and nobody was there. We called every number we could find and still received no answer.I have no problem waiting but coordinating time and labor is costly. Ultimately, their failure to communicate appropriately cost me time and money. I still have not received the flooring yet. There are many different companies that offer this type of flooring.
