Builders Choice Hardwood Floor

Nightmare. Stay away! For starters, they didn't show up when they said they would. Had to move around schedule to be home for them but then when they say they would be there at 7:30am, they role in at 1pm. This happened multiple times. Then they play their music throughout your house which I thought was rude. But the worst of all was the quality. There were splits that they caused in the expensive wood, nail holes left every where, and didn't know how to install the wood vents properly. When asked about the nail holes the guy said "it's wood floor, it's going to have holes". Was also very rude to my wife. The whole thing was a nightmare and I regret them ever being in my house. We are already reaching out to other flooring companies to repair the few pieces they ruined. I could have done a

I would never use this company again. They did the worst job refinishing a floor that I have ever seen. Uneven sanding, pools of dried lacquer, spots of no stain or lacquer, baseboards ruined and more. I agree with other review, stay away even if the price seems good.
