I visited here for some rough sawn spruce to replace rotten trims on my house. In total, I purchased about $150 worth of rough sawn spruce. But one of the board had pretty bad damage and exposed bark which I totally understand. That can happen. But when I went back to buy one more board, the cashier was like "Just one?" And then I went back to receive "just one" board, I had to wait 20 minutes. Someone finally came and I could see him rummaging through as if he was looking for a specific board. I thought he was finding me a good board. Instead, I got another board with damages and exposed bark. So be careful if you're coming here for a small job.

Third time in a row I’ve ordered lumber for various projects. Each time they gave me a date (I’ve given a weeks notice), set up my carpentry crew, and lumber never showed up. The dispatcher has a bad attitude when you call to question what’s happening. I’m done using them. Extremely unreliable

I’ve had to have my foyer window replaced 3 times in 2 years (new home) due to broken seals. EXTREMELY poor quality! September 2022 I received a replacement window for the replacement window. I called Kelly to schedule the install, she said she would check with the installers and get back with me. No call back, I’ve phoned her for months and left messages not one return call…not ONE! It’s been 6 months and this replacement window is still taking up space in my garage. Very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service with Kelly. I’m a business owner, I pride myself on customer service and making sure every client is 100 % satisfied and treated with the utmost respect. Looking at the reviews from Churches lumber in Auburn Hills, they clearly have a problem.
