This truck ran a red light at the intersection of south Cliff Ave and 271st St, I was coming eastbound on 271st st and had to slam on my brakes to avoid collision. My babies were in the vehicle with me, thank God I was alert and we weren’t in an accident.

Was at the store in Harrisburg today at 4:50pm & the doors were locked. The hours posted by the doors say the store is open till 5pm. When I tried to get in there was a guy inside by the doors that seen me trying to get in & walked the other way. I called the store & asked how late they were open & the guy told me 5pm. When I told him I was there & the doors were locked he stated he would open back up for me. I told him not to bother I was already leaving. I asked to speak to a manager & didn't even get that. I got another guy who tried to tell me he bumped the locks when he was shutting the automatic doors off. I was in my car parked in the parking lot on the phone & watched them lock the doors before 5pm. Bad customer service!

Nate up at the counter is the best

They have nice products but if you are just a private homeowner going in they don't seem very helpful. My wife and I went in to look for decking material and were treated as if we weren't there. No help whatever. As a matter of fact my wife tried to get the attention of one of the young workers who looked at her eye to eye and then turned around with his coworker at the front counter to watch YouTube videos. This is very poor customer service and the fact that they are only open until 5pm during the week and Not open at all on the weekend shows that they really don't want business from those of us that work during the weekday.

The staff is very aggressive and rude. They seem like it’s an inconvenience that you are coming in. I’ll be going to the Schoeneman’s in Sioux Falls instead. I’ve been to that one and have had a better experience.
