I called and had a simple question. “How long are your cedar boards and price please”. She fumbled around for a min or two. Then put me on hold for about 5 min. The came back and said someone would have to call me back. Are you kidding me? It’s a shame because I do like shopping there. But they don’t have prices of there product readily available? They need to work on that. And no this isn’t the first time this has happened. They did it to me at another store recently. It doesn’t seem organized when they can’t answer simple questions. Then seem to be typing endlessly on the computer. It’s like. Hey all I need is a quick price. Not asking for algorithms

Just had all my windows and sliding door replaced. Nick Wright and Abe Sanders were very easy to deal with through the process. Scott and Leonard, the installers, were great and did an amazing job and cleaned up after the job was complete.

I hadn’t been there in years, went to Home Depot and Lowe’s and I did not find what I was looking for and I remember shopping at builders firstsource years ago I went there and found what I was looking for baseboard molding they have the best product and a very reasonable price especially if you are remodeling your home

I've gone to this location for 15 years and I have to say as a customer of the old John's Lumber to now Builder FirstSource i am disappointed in how they stripped customer service down to bare bones mabe 2 people in yard and 1 inside is just not sufficient when builders, handyman, Painters, roofers, ect are trying to get material and having to wait 45 min to a 1 hour before you even get your wood. Do better..
