We had some water come into our house during a hurricane and needed to take up the flooring to dry out the sub-floor. Builders Wholesale Flooring was very responsive about getting our flooring replaced. The installation crew showed up on time, got it done, and my floors look great!

I can’t say enough good things about Tim. He was consistently on time, professional, and went above and beyond—not just once, but every time he came out. He took the time to fix issues caused by a previous company, and what stood out most was his genuine care and patience. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly wants to do right by people. I feel completely comfortable having him in my home. That kind of trust is rare. Highly recommend.

We have been trying to get them to fix our bathroom floor for over 2 YEARS! We finally just hired a contractor to do it and when he lifted up the laminate the entire floor was covered in toxic black mold. This is a brand new build. We found out they tiled the shower incorrectly and there has been a leak since the bathroom was installed before we even moved in. As of today 4/26/22 we are still waiting on them to come make this right. We moved in Christmas 2019! Most of the time being subjected to poisoning. Our builder is even trying to contact them. I've been to the doctor 3 times in 3 months and we all couldn't figure out why we've been so sick. This is not right. Stand behind your work and just come fix our bathroom correctly like you were paid for in the 1st place. All we have ever want
