Great company to work with. Friendly staff and huge selection! They have everything you need for your flooring, tile, cabinets, kitchen and baths. Gautam is great, very knowledgeable about tile. They have in house designers and offer great pricing. Would highly recommend to anyone!

This is my first ever review of a store. I am submitting this review because Story has been fabulous to work with. He met my husband and I in the store and helped us plan an entire bath remodel. He designed a custom vanity for us and gave me prices for everything that I requested (sink, shower, custom glass, tile, closet doors, fixtures, and much more). I have emailed him countless times and he has always responded very quickly and answered all of my questions. He has been SO HELPFUL, professional, and has given us outstanding customer service, which is rare these days. (It is difficult to find help in other home improvement stores). I have been super impressed with BuildMyPlace and Story.

Gautam, the manager was very nice and helpful. I love the vanity that I bought. It was a floor model but they sold it to me anyway. Ii ordered the matching linen closet but unfortunately the company that makes them went out of business. Nobody ever followed up on it and after several months I did my own digging to see why it wouldn't come in and found out the company went bankrupt. They gladly refunded me the price of the linen closet.

Follow up on the review below. The owner called and was very sincere in his apology for the issues. They had been shorthanded. I sense that they do care about the customer and this may have been an oversight. While I am still looking I would consider them in the future. ………….The place has great potential. Greeted at the door and the gentleman was great. We then met with the designer who was great in person. She said she would have a design in 2 days. 4 days later she said 3 more days. 3 days later nothing. The lack of communication and meeting of commitments does not meet the requirements of an organization that I am about to invest several thousand dollars with. It’s a shame because I liked the selection and wanted to move quickly. I will take my business elsewhere.
