After discovering a shower leak related to improper installation by a prior owner, we realized we likely needed to do a complete remodel of the only full bathroom in our house. We met with a few contractors willing to take on the project, and buildPROS were our first choice for a number of reasons. Rouben (the owner) is knowledgeable, kind, and sincere, and seemed excited to take on our project and work with us. As someone who used to work with spreadsheets and data for a living, I especially appreciated the project spreadsheet that laid out line by line was estimated and real costs were, particularly because we could see what impact design decisions we made had on the bottom line as we progressed. We had some serious concerns about the structural integrity of our sunroom supports, and our old gas heater was on their last leg. Build Pros came out, gave us a fair quote, and explained the entire process for both jobs. The structural work was done with great attention to detail using helical piles to support the sunroom in uneven soil, and the new heater works better than the original. It’s hard to find a contractor you can trust with both your heating and your home's foundation, but Build Pros exceeded expectations.

Could not be happier with our decision to use Buildpros for our bathroom remodel. Rouben (the owner) was very involved, helped us make decisions and even met up with us at a supply store to discuss our options. This was also the only company that we got a quote from that itemized the bill so it was easy to see what we were paying for and where we could save some money. At a young age, my wife and I bought our first house, a two family duplex in 2000.
