We found Built on Trust through an online site and are so glad we did. We asked Javier to come out, look at our projects, and give us an estimate. He came out within a day, said he could do it, and began taking measurements and pictures. Within a few days, we had a contract, and he began working. We chose him over top, leading sunroom and four season room builders, because we liked what we saw, his knowledge and his price was way under some others. No fluff. We became friends with Javier as he completed our job and remained friends afterwards. He did an outstanding job, and we could not have been happier. We have asked him back to do other work for us and referred him to other people. You could not make a better chose.

Javier is a trained engineer, and it shows in his level of detail and care in the work he does. He does the work himself so it is done right, and he is professional, fair, honest, reliable, and provides great value. He built a deck for me and exceeded my expectations, and then I had him perform other work. I trust him and referred him to all of my neighbors, and look forward to working with him on upcoming projects.

Great service, honest, reliable are a few adjectives I would use to describe Built on Trust and its owner, Javier. I was referred to Built on Trust by friends who had just had their bathroom remodeled. They did a fabulous job and were competitively priced. I needed all my outdoor lights (motion detectors) replaced. I contacted Javier and he was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He made several suggestions that I would not have thought of and I agreed that it made sense to make the changes he presented. Javier even went the extra mile and went with me to purchase the fixtures, because I wasn't 100% certain as to what to buy. I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

Javier and Built on Trust have done several repairs at my house, including replacing the roof, installing a fold-down ladder into the attic with a safety rail at top, and replacing rotted wood under a sliding door. Their work is excellent. They come when they say they will come, they clean up after their work, and their attitude is pleasant. I feel safe having them around my house and I am pleased with their work.
