Our furnace began to die in the middle of winter so we called to try and get it replaced as soon as possible. They installed it three days later which is much faster than we could have ever hoped. All the contractors were polite and courteous and had the furnace put in and the old one taken out in the just a couple hours. Overall their service was better than even my highest expectations and the price was great.

Very happy with this company. Installed two air conditioners and a furnace and a very good price very efficiently. Have come back several times to correct small problems that arose. Actually called again for them to replace my second furnace because I was so happy with their work the first time

I had this company come in for a quote, and couldn't have been happier. They provide plumbing and air/heat install and repair. I had my furnace replaced and a new hot water tank installed. Prices were wonderful in comparison and they only used top quality products (carrier furnace). Jason and John are very personable and stand by the work they do. I felt no pressure to purchase or use them, but they provided honest input and opinions. I am very pleased I decided to go with Built Right Concepts. I highly recommend giving them a look!

Jason and John replaced a defective part on my furnace on 11/5/2020. The price they charged was substantially less than the furnace repair company that I used in the past. They worked quickly and efficiently and my furnace is working perfectly now! I asked them to perform all of the future maintenance on my furnace and A/C unit and was happy that they agreed to do so. Both Jason and John were upfront about price and service and true to their words. They were also friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing and why it had to be done.

I would highly recommend Built Right Concepts. I was looking for an estimate to replace my heat and add air conditioning. They showed up on time, provided an estimate on the spot and negotiated my hot water heater as a bonus to close the deal. I did get two other estimates for the same Carrier equipment and by far they had the BEST pricing. On the day of install Jason & John showed up on time. I requested adding an outdoor faucet when installing my new water heater and they made that happen too. The work done was neat, clean and professional.
