I recently has a new bulkhead door installed; the quote was easy to understand, the installers arrived on time and did an excellent job, through instructions on use and painting were given. BDI, a good family run small business. I am a realtor and helped my client order a custom bulkhead to be installed for one of my listings. BDI did a great job from start to finish. They measured promptly, held to their approximate install date due to it being custom. The unit was an odd shape as it was as wide as it was long. The installers not only did a great job but were two fine young men. They were personable, polite, respectful and explained everything that they did. They swept all the leaves out of the stairwell, even though it was not there’s to clean. I have already contacted the owner and will be having him measure up my bulkhead at my own house. I will also request Chris and Jaden to do the install. Thank you.

A great experience from first contact to job completion! While there may be cheaper options, I wanted experienced installers to avoid another leaky bulkhead. It also looks great which was important before adding patio pavers just outside it. Chris and Jaden performed the install and were prompt and professional.
