Bulloch Septic Tank Services

I contacted Bulloch Septic on March 15, 2024, about installing a new septic drain field. I talked to a female that said her husband would get me a quote the following Monday. I gave it a week, due to the amount of construction going on. I texted on March 22 to see if the quote was ready. She promptly replied with a "yes, give me a few minutes." Never received anything beyond that. I highly recommend you stay away from a company that ghosts possible customers when the job is too complex or difficult. It's definitely not a company I'll ever call again. A no-show company.

I was really impressed with how quick they were to give a price that was better than anyone else I had talked to. He told me 3 weeks out and he was on time and done sooner than he predicted. He was very professional and did excellent work. I highly recommend this company above all of the others.

This place was absolutely amazing! Woke up one morning and all my pipes backed up in my house. I called several plumbers thinking my pipes were just clogged. My wife's coworker said to call a septic company. They were my first call. I left a message and they called me right back. I spoke to a woman who happen to be in the area. She swang by within 10 minutes and showed me how to relieve the low side drain to stop the flooding in the house. She also showed me where the septic tank drain and filter was. We had just bought the house and had no idea where they were located. She put me on the schedule and they came out by 3:30 pm that day. They drained the septic and all the drained were still clogged solid. They augered the toilets, and flushed all the drains/ pipes until everything worked lik

Bulloch Septic did a great job discerning and repairing the issues with our septic system. They offered a reasonable alternative to laying a new system which had been suggested to us & many of our neighbors. They jetted the lines which got the issues under control. We appreciated their knowledge, hard work, reasonable prices, and their ability to explain the options to us in an understandable manner. We’ll definitely use them again!

The lady answered the phone and was nice. Scheduled to pump tank two days later and stated maybe the following day if they could. No one showed up or called. Voicemail is full. That's horrible customer service. They open Bulloch pumping too.
