On Saturday afternoon (Halloween), I came home from work only to find out that my garage door would not open more than a few inches and then stop. I first thought it wouldn’t open because perhaps the sensors were misaligned, but then noticed the large spring above the door was broken. I texted Frank from Bullock Garage Doors around 6pm on Saturday (again Halloween) and received a reply text back within a few minutes of reaching out!! We set up an appointment the next day at 10am for him to come out and fix our door. In summary, Frank was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about garage doors. Frank came 15 min prior to appointment to repair garage door . Expressed to me old Steel wheels were not rolling properly and catching , stopping motor. He replaced all wheels with new wheels (light ) rubber . Tuned up door . Reset remote controls . All smooth now ! Thanks

Frank was great! He showed up in time, was professional, and friendly. Frank knows his stuff. He knew right away what was wrong, fixed it, explained it, and didn’t charge more than reasonable. He even gave me tips that made my door the quietest on the block! If I have another issue, I’m calling Frank first!

Frank is AMAZING!!!💯 He came out late Friday night on Mother's Day weekend and replaced my obsolite 25 year old garage opener, that stopped functioning correctly.
