I just want to thank Bundick for such great employees. Tommy came out today I had no water. Very polite knowledgeable young man. Thank you all for being so prompt and kind.

Although I’m not a customer of Bundick Well and Pump, I recently had the chance to interact with them—and I was genuinely impressed. Most companies in their position would have done absolutely nothing, but they went above and beyond to do the right thing. They were fair, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. It’s clear they hold themselves to a high standard and genuinely care about how they treat people, even those who aren’t regular customers. That kind of integrity is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Based on this experience alone, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a company that truly stands behind its name.

Bundick came to my home in Cape Charles to fix a problem a few days ago - they identified the problem as a simple fix, made the proper adjustments on my well pump and went on their way without even charging me! They are amazing and have earned a customer for life!

We have been So Blessed by Bundick Well and Septic! We had a new septic put in five years ago and they did an excellent Job!! We have had no issues at all! Today we had a New Water tank and house filter put in! Tom did an Excellent Job , very detail oriented , a Very Dedicated Worker , answered all our questions! Becky , whose Experience and Expertise is in doing the filtering and water softening systems, testing the well water and fitting the correct system to treat the water. We were very impressed with her Diligence and Knowledge to teach us about our water and her desire to save us money as well by matching the right filter,etc . for our particular needs! Becky,s apprentice Damien was very helpful and he makes a Great addition to the team! We Highly Recommend Bundick Well and Septic!

Bundick has been amazing to work with. New to Onancock and well and septic. Today Tommy came out and replaced our water pump and tank. Explained everything and did what I believe most others would not. Class act and professional. Wish I could give them 10 stars!
