Can't figure why Alan doesn't have 5 stars. My pressure tank has been going out for awhile. He has communicated with me on how to handle this and came out very quickly when I accidently shorted my pump control box and lost all water.. to confirm whether it was box or if I had fried my well pump. He helped us immensely and I'll never use another well service company!!

We had Burden Well Drilling out to do a check up on our system since we are new owners to the property. They did a thorough check and were helpful in answering questions. We ended up needing a new pressure tank. Luke did a great job. We haven't had a well in several years but, the fix seemed very fair and affordable.

My pump was running and running. I called Burden Well and he answered during noon lunch hour. Gave me good advice on what was going on. I asked him when could they arrive and he said he would be coming up within the hour. 2 professionals showed up in a very nice work truck and they completely fixed our problem. Many thanks!! I highly recommend them for all of your well needs.

Alan and this company is awesome! I have been trying to get a well for over a year from a couple of other companies with no luck! A friend referred me to Alan and I now have a well! I would definitely use them again if I needed to and I would refer them to my family and friends as well! Thank you Alan!!!

Exceptional Service!! I had an issue with my well and did not know who to call. I searched through some trouble shooting guides online which were not of any real help other than to lead me to believe that my well was running dry. Then I found the Burden drilling website which seemed to have more detailed information. After checking some online ratings for Burden Drilling, I gave them a call. Alan diagnosed my issue over the phone and gave an estimate for repairs. Within a couple of hours, Alan and his helper were at my place making the repairs. They pulled the pump, replaced all necessary parts and had me back in water well before sunset. Alan could have easily sold me a new well pump which would have cost me close to a thousand dollars, but he didn’t. He only replaced the parts that need
