We had an issue with our garage door on Christmas Eve and Burdens Overhead came out on very short notice. The service was fast, professional, and very reasonably priced, especially for a holiday. Everything was fixed quickly and done right. We truly appreciate the great customer service and would absolutely recommend them. Support small, support local.

Don’t pass this company by. They installed all of our doors at a commercial building and did an excellent job. We had a major issue with the fire door motor. Gary Took a whole day 14+ hours to drive to Atlanta and grab a new motor to fix our situation and came back in and repaired the next day. They go above and beyond.

Burdens did a great job replacing both of the springs on my garage door. I called them to inquire & they came out within 2 days. Competitive pricing. And they repaired 2 springs within 40 minutes. The 2 men were knowledgeable, quick, and very friendly! Christie on the phone was communicative, efficient, and kind. I will definitely use in the future again, if needed!
