We chose Lane for our new build! I don’t know that there are many contractors out there who would answer texts and calls on the weekends but Lane did. Lane was great with communication and was awesome to constantly keep us updated throughout the building process. Anytime we had issues come up throughout building Lane was great to reach out to subs and get issues addressed and always made sure we were taken care of. He was always super accommodating and made sure things we wanted changed were corrected! He basically did whatever he could to make the process less stressful. He was great to give us ideas that we didn’t even think of (helping us pick the best orientation for our house, making it so our wood stove would blow through our central air vents to heat our whole home in the winter, pl

Lane recently completed our home in Glenwood. He exceeded our expectations. Great communication throughout building process. Refreshing to have a contractor who genuinely cares about quality workmanship. He and his sub contractors were top notch. I would definitely recommend. His added recommendations and attention to detail really made a difference in the final product!

Lane and his team recently rebuilt and re-engineered our cabin deck and railing that was damaged by a large ice fall from our roof this past winter. The deck was severely damaged and the railing was completely destroyed in one section. This is not the first time this has happened but we wanted to make sure it would be the last. Burdick construction came in and overbuilt the deck foundations so that I think a mack truck could be dropped on it with no visible effect. The railing was redesigned to be removable so that if/when we experience another ice fall the deck will withstand the hit and the railing will be clear of the path of destruction.
