Burford's Tree Surgeons Inc

Duke Energy hired them to trim trees along their power lines. They trimmed 3 of my trees not close to my house. They broke a fence board and threw the branches they trimmed in to my yard. I noticed while mowing one afternoon they returned to review their work, leaving my fence broken. I have numerous signs warning of the presence of dogs. My dogs destroyed all of the blinds on the side of the house the trimmers could be seen over the 5 days they were by my property. When I came home one day, one dog was so upset he was trying to come through the window. I called their number to ask what was going on and could they not read the signs. Lacks professionalism and attention to detail.

They were hired by Duke energy to cut down trees around the power lines in my backyard. They drove the truck into the backyard and ran over an old abandoned septic tank creating a deep hole. They said they would come back to fix it. When I came home from work, I found they just put three 2x4's over the gigantic hole with a piece of plywood on top. They covered that with dirt and never came back.

#DukeEnergy hired them to clear the power lines in my neighborhood and they totally skipped an entire road.... there are even branches and vines all throughout the lines..... great job there gentlepersons... two separate crews came through my neighborhood... the first crew were in heavy equipment with like a four foot blade on a sixty foot boom and a small cat excavator and the second crew came through with bucket trucks chippers and a ground crew.... you would think that there would have been a supervisor come though to insure that the job was completed.... although from all the other posts there's no surprise that the job was incomplete.... there seems to be no lacking in incompetents from this company.... there also seems to be no sense of respect or responsibility for the communities i

My experience with their work for Duke in the short time I’ve been here hasn’t been good. But I most say they did an outstanding job this time around on 25A in Belleview. 4/2/2024

They mutilated my trees without permission. They do not return calls from their answering machine. Burford's cut down a nice live oak and two palms, but left water oaks, opening my house to the highway and much noise.
