My experience here was subpar, to say the least. To go into detail, I went into there to look for flooring with my wife during our lunch break, we found the flooring we liked, took pictures and left. I don't know off the top of my head who helped my wife and I during this process, but she was very helpful. When I went in to purchase, I dealt with Nancy. She was great, she took me into the warehouse to show me exactly what was involved with the flooring including the transitions to show me how it all came together since I plan on installing the floor on my own. Once I gave them my credit card number for the purchase everything went south, I'm going to be honest if I could split a review I would give 5 stars for the first half. Cindy H was a great customer service representative,and the crew did a great job. I am very happy with our service from them.

Told me that they will provide a quote for flooring. I called a week later and was told that they were working on quote. Never received quote, so went with a different flooring place.

Great work and very professional. I just had vinyl hardwoods installed in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms yesterday. It was supposed to be a two day job but Oscar and his team knocked it out in one day! Also, David was a huge help in getting it all set up and was great with checking in with me during the decision process. Great experience all around!

Tanya/Tonya was so helpful and welcoming. She showed my mom several carpet samples that met her needs. She even let us take samples to match with our current decor. Now to choose our perfect color and pattern. We love to support family owned/small businesses. We look forward in working with them. They have so many different options available. Patterned carpets, regular, 3D walls etc......you must check it out!!!
