I could not have asked for a better experience or home. You can tell how much thought and attention to detail Burgin Homebuilders used when designing this home. One of my biggest hesitations in purchasing instead of a custom build was having a cookie cutter house. But the amount of custom detailing shows throughout the build and makes it something special. The high quality of work and professionalism received by Burgin Homebuilders truly sets them apart.

I contracted Burgin Homebuilders to extend my roof over the back deck, jack the house where it was sinking on the pylon, put in a large concrete pad wrapped around to the original driveway and a number of electrical items we had on the agenda. Everything turned out beautifully and not a detail was missed. Will definitely look forward to the next project!

I had a leak in a older roof. Fred, from Burgin Homebuilders rushed his guys out and roofed the entire house in 5 hours. The roof looks great with no more leaks.
