Burk Irrigation & Landscaping

I've left multiple messages over the last few weeks and nobody has called me back. The only reason a gave a 2 and not a 1 is I don't know if they are down and out with COVID, or something. You'd think if logical reasons to not get a quick follow up they put it on their voicemail. I'm kind of glad they never called. I stumbled into Big Oak Nursery (JLLS???) in Thomasville. They do landscaping design, Delivery and install, as well as servicing the Valdosta area. Very responsive, polite, knowledgeable and creative. I'd have never found Big Oak Nursery if Burke would have just called me back, even if to say "we're backed out a few weeks but we can get you on the calendar". Burke's loss is my gain.

Not impressed with their residential service. They cut back a lot more than I requested, which wasn't a huge deal and I was willing to chalk up to them knowing more about what they were doing than I did. But they also killed several bushes I asked them to trim. I gave them some time to see if they just looked dead and would spring back, but they've started rotting so I don't see that happening.

These guys do amazing work. I highly recommend you call them!
