I first used Liam about 7 years ago to finish my basement and was very happy with his work. After receiving several quotes for our new bathroom project, Liam was the by far the best. He is a local trustworthy contractor who is very easy to speak to when relaying ideas about the project. We wanted a fireplace and he made it happen. He and his guys were very respectful and clean, and made every effort as to not get any debris in the house. He was always accessible by phone for any questions or concerns. The bathroom came out better than I could have imagined. Additionally, my father had a flood in his basement due to a rainstorm that flooded most of Long Island. Liam was able to get over quickly to fix the issue. All I can say is that Liam is very good at what he does and I highly recommend

My wife and I hired Liam and his team to finish our basement. From start to finish him and his team were exceptional including all the subcontractors that he used. Everyone was professional and approachable when we had questions but most importantly stayed on budget and stayed on schedule. Liam and his crew were hired for our extensive revision to our existing kitchen and new deck. They were always on time and had great communication from the time of bidding, during construction and afterwards during the punch list items. During the construction process Liam and his crew contained and cleaned up after themselves each day while they were here. We are loving our new kitchen and excited for the nicer weather to enjoy our new deck. We would recommend Liam and his team to anyone considering renovations to their home.
