Burke Emergency

Start to finish, Burke ER made a very unpleasant experience, pleasant! I spoke to John on the Saturday of our basement flooding and Cody showed up roughly 2 hours later to start the cleanup process. Everyone I worked with was very communicative, friendly and responsive. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I hope I never need you again, but if so, you’ve got a customer for life! Huge thanks to the Burke team.

We recently had our washing machine that is on the second floor of our home flood and I would never use anyone but Burke's if we need remediation again! They came right out and immediately got to work. They even took our clothing items that were drenched in the mudroom below the flooded floor to sanitize! The construction part of their business was so easy to work with and efficient. Highly recommend them in the very stressful situation of a home flood. They will immediately help and put your mind at ease!

We were the unfortunate victims of an oil spill in the basement of our home. Timing was horrendous as I was immobile due to a recent knee surgery, yet the crew of Burke Emergency Restoration was awesome! Fast service, professional employees and a sincere desire to ensure that their work was done efficiently, correctly and that the results satisfied our concerns. Addie, Tim, Dilyn, Seth, and John Burke, to name a few, have been great! Addie schedules the appointments and listens to every concern that may be thought of. I can't say enough good things about this company. We are still in the process of cleaning another area of the house, however, I highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs. Great people! I recently contracted with Burke ER for mold removal and treatment of my basement floor. The estimate was very reasonable for the size of the job and included removal of the entire raised floor and the supporting wood underneath, and treatment of all areas for mold. Seth explained the whole process to me, said they would box up everything in the room and move it as they worked, and there was a lot down there. He and Cody left their work area cleaned up after each day’s work and Seth told me what was done that day and what they would be doing the next day. They were courteous and respectful of the property and Seth was patient in answering my questions. All the mold damaged wood was removed in heavy sealed bags at the end of each day. My hot water heater leaked and flooded my downstairs. A friend had worked with Burke Emergency Restoration and referred me to them. It was the best recommendation ever! A team came to my home within a day of my initial call, made an assessment, and started work right away. The team provided regular and timely communication keeping me well informed about when they were coming to my home, the work they were doing, and next steps. They were friendly, professional and did an excellent job....I couldn't have asked for more. I was more than pleased with my Burke ER experience and recommend them without reservation.
