Had a bit of miscommunication with an order. Things happen. I assumed the order would just be a little late in the day. However I called to check and the order had been set incorrectly. The caller on the line was extremely professional and helpful. They were able to clear things up and provide same day delivery. Would most certainly recommend burkes for your landscaping needs!

Great service! bought a NEW Scag windstorm, I did NOT purchase it new from Burke Landscape Supply since they were NOT a Scag Dealer at the time of purchase. Three (3) years later the electric motor that turns the nozzle stopped working. Called my selling dealer and ask for the part # in my manual and they said it was replaced with a new and improved motor and that it would be roughly $ 800.00 and was NOT covered under warranty! So, I called Burke Landscape supply and they said they would fix it under warranty, even though the warranty was expired. This was in part due to the Scag Distributer honoring the repair since it was a very low hour unit and original part was found to be an inferior part and replaced with an improved motor. The point is that Burke Landscape Supply saved me over $ 8

I recently ordered a bunch of materials for installing some new garden beds, and my experience was a mixed bag. On one hand, the customer service was great! The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and very helpful. I told her I wasn't in a hurry for my order, but she called me back an hour later to tell me my delivery was en route. The delivery driver was also very courteous and delivered our materials right where we asked him to. I have zero complaints about the service. The materials, on the other hand, left a bit to be desired in my opinion. I ordered the mixed soil, which is a blend of topsoil and compost. This was ordered, as I said, to be the foundation of some new garden beds. Accordingly, I expected the material to be fairly clean and free of debris. The picture I've at
