I recently had Burke Septic come out for an inspection, and Francisco handled the job. He showed up right on time, was well-prepared, and got right to work without any delays. He was very organized throughout the process, clearly knew what he was doing, and took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was how professional yet approachable he was. He was friendly, respectful of my property, and detail-oriented. You can tell he takes pride in doing the job right and making sure customers feel confident about the work being done. I cannot recommend Burke Septic enough. Very timely, polite, and customer oriented. Had an emergency pump done on our septic tank, and the gentleman that came out to take care of us, Ben, was incredibly helpful, very kind, and took the time to answer my questions and give me some maintenance tips for the future. Having tried a few other septic services in the past, I can honestly say that Burke will be my first call from now on.

David was awesome! We had a visit from Septic Claus Christmas day and called Burke Septic. He answered right away and after a conversation, we determined we were fine for the day. He showed up first thing the next morning and we were back in business within the hour! Cannot recommend Burke Septic enough!

These guys were great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional! I heard so many horror stories about getting your septic tank pumped, but Burke made is simple, easy and they DIDNT make a dent in my wallet!!!
