Burkepros Fire and Water Damage Restoration

Grateful I am forever to Burkepros. I experienced a home fire early spring. I was given two Mitigation options by the fire chief. That says a lot in itself. Burkepros was his first and then another larger company. I called and the owner answered and came to the scene 2 hours after the fired had been dissolved. Day 1 they showed up and held my hand throughout the entire process. Mr. Burke told me day one that I was in good hands and promised me that he would take care of me. After water damage wrecked two floors of my house and ceiling, Fredrick and his team at Burkepros took care of our home like no one's business. Kind and courteous crew, they came in and worked very quickly and were even fun to hang with despite the stress that comes from having a badly damaged home. Highly recommended for all types of jobs!

I went downstairs one afternoon to find my entire downstairs was a pond. I freaked out and got on the internet and found Burkepros Restoration. When I call them I found that to my surprise they were available to come within an hour to give me an estimate. When Mr Frederick and his team arrived, I showed them all of the water in my downstairs and wanted to know how much it would cost to get the water out. Working with Burke Pros was an amazing experience. We were referred to this company from another restoration company. However, during the process I see that Frederick also does restoration as well, so truly a one stop shop if stemming from water, fire or mold damage. Also, I would say general contractor if desiring to do any projects. However, from day one he was on top of getting things done and ensured I was pleased with every bit of detail. The biggest blessing was that during the repair process his team actually found THE TRUE DAMAGE. We had some leak under our shower but come to find out it was stemming from the pipes beneath the tub. BurkePros did an amazing job in my kitchen after a leaking pipe caused damage. I had to have my kitchen gutted about 2 yrs ago and the service from a previous contractor and insurance adjuster was a living nightmare. I would like to say this time around it was a seamless process. I appreciate the workers and the mitigation team. This was truly a gift not having to go through a stressful process again.
