Every visit to Ace is a great experience thanks to Jake. He is always incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. No matter what we’re looking for, he takes the time to help and makes sure we leave with exactly what we need. He truly makes shopping a pleasure. We appreciate him so much!

Abysmal customer service! The level of stupidity and discrimination is astronomical here. I went in carrying my motorcycle helmet and backpack, made my way almost down an aisle and some punk kid tells me to leave my backpack at the front. Umm.. NO. I said absolutely not, why do I need to? He said I MIGHT STEAL SOMETHING. So, you insinuate and categorize me as a thief when I did nothing to suspect anything like that. Then he said to leave my bag at the front or leave the store. Wow, really?? I’m riding a motorcycle and all my personal effects along with life-saving medications are in there and you want me to leave that out of my sight & hands?! Since you want to discriminate against me, I guess I’ll do the same and say you are possible thieves by going through my bag. If he had half a funct

This is a small ACE but they packed a lot of stuff, we were actually able to find awesome ceramic pots for plants at a reasonable price , plus we we able to get all of our potting soil and other plant supplies for inside and out. The personal help is really appreciated , this is in my neighborhood so it convenient also. Great place for pretty much all your house hardware needs , 😁

Had a wonderful experience today and Patrick was extremely helpful. Tried going to a couple of the big box stores & couldn't find a single employee willing to help me. So glad I decided to stop by Ace hardware today & I was more than happy with the level of service I received. I will def be shopping here from now on, as I know I'll get exactly what I need, when I need it & be treated with a level of service unlike many other stores.

Nice store but VERY pricey. I bought a Scott hand held spreader; I was surprised at how expensive it was ($41). When I got home I checked WalMart online...$25 delivered.
