After purchasing a property with an ADU, I found out the ADU was never permitted with the city. I hired Matt Burkhardt as a general contractor to manage the retroactive permitting process and it was well worth it. The stress or trying to work with the city and all of the many subcontractors on my own would have been exhausting. The process took a year to complete and Matt did a great job. If you have a similar situation, you should consult with Matt.

Matt Burkhardt and his team recently repaired damage from a water leak in my master bath shower and replaced my shower and bathroom tile flooring.
