I am absolutely thrilled with the service from Carpet One from first contact through installation and everything between. They are very professional and the product I chose, a lovely wood-looking laminate, is beautiful. The installers worked quickly and did a fabulous job. They even went above and beyond in one area to remove some excess trim that I had expressed a dislike for. Thank you so much, Carpet One. I highly recommend them!

Carpet one installed our hardwoods, LVP and carpeting in our new home. They have a large selection of samples in their showroom, but it is not overwhelming in any way. Their installers were prompt and courteous in our home. Shannon even saw me in a restaurant and remembered me to ask how the install was going. What a great staff. I would recommend carpet one to all my family and friends.

Destiny was our sales person. She did a great job helping us with the selections that we made. We told her what we wanted. She pointed us that way. We didn’t have to wait because the carpet was in stock and we had it installed today just a week after we ordered it. They did a great job laying the carpet and cleaning up afterwards. Five star all around.

First of all I want to say Carpert one is Fantastic they're are many other flooring companies to choose from but save your time and stress and just go to Carpert one you will be amazed and satisfied with any project you choose .Angie and Shannon were so awesome and very knowledgeable on helping us pick out colors for our floor. They are extremely friendly and professional. Kevin and Miguel are top notch workers they were extremely friendly courteous and professional you guys did an awesome job .Word of mouth goes along way I will highly recommend this company to my friends and family .A+++++++++ Job thank you Carpert One.

We love our new carpet! Professionals in both the store and installation were great. I had set up with Home Depot but after they postponed twice I cancelled and went with Burlington Carpet One. As expected more money but it was worth it for me.
