This company was recommended by my GC for my garage build. The company did a fantastic job on the installation, which was not a typical installation job...I have three 18' x 10’ doors which are over-sized for a residential garage. One of the doors has had issues (not related to the installation but rather related to the size of the door and manufacturer's tolerances) and Doug has always been responsive and has always provided prompt repair service. Most recently this weekend had a major problem with one of the doors and Doug was on site the same night to assess the issue and offered to begin repairs that night (Sunday night following an Eagles game). I told him it could wait until the next day, and he returned to repair the issue, repairs made in one visit, and offered recommendations

I am a property manager. I called this company to schedule the repair of a garage door for one of my properties. I received a call from a gentleman named Doug on the day of the scheduled repair. The first thing he said to me when I answered the phone was, “What happened!?” in a very rude and abrasive manner. He went on to say that his technician didn’t gain access to the garage to make the repair and that I would be charged $50 for his technician’s time (from Burlington to Willingboro). I explained that I would contact the tenant to find out what happened. I discovered after speaking with the tenant that they didn’t realize the repair was scheduled for that day and when the technician arrived at the house, they explained that they weren’t aware of the appointment. First off, when I called, I was glad to speak directly with someone who works there, not an outsourced number. They arrived several days earlier than expected and had my bay door fixed and working like it did 10 years ago—all in just 15 minutes!

My old system was failing. I went to Burlington OHD and bought new garage door receivers, remotes, and key pad. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous at all times. I even called back for help as I attempted a DIY installation. Again, staff were courteous, and technician Doug, was super patient and helpful to me on multiple calls to him for help. In the end, he helped me solve the problem and all systems are now working fine. Thanks to all the people at Burlington OHD. Tim

They do a good job but be careful when they have to come back again to install. I was told that a adjustment will be made when they visit next time to install motor. Motor arrived after 6 months and not adjustment was given and it was "news to them" that any adjustment was to be made.
