Burner Well Drilling

Called on Saturday Morning due to my well stopped running. I checked all electrical connections and fuses to the well relay and power was hot. Got the answering service said the would have a tech call back. Called again 3 hours later said they would have the tech call waited another three hours and called again said it maybe Sunday or Monday before they contacted me. I questioned them how they could be a 24/7 well service no comment. They have not call even after a week later even though I finally got it working on Monday. I recommend call the other well service in Harrisonburg. VA. Update: Two weeks later on a Friday Morning the well failed again Called them to see what they would do. Contacted the Answering service and placed a request. Burner called back in ten minutes and said someone

Placed a service call on Monday, no call back for 30 hours until I called back again. Received call from tech that was to come Friday morning unless there were other emergency calls. Friday comes, no call no show. Call the tech, he has taken off but stated left noted message in the office. So I called the office and women stated well I'm here and there's no note. You'll have to get in touch with the other tech and schedule. You can't give money away to places for service because seems company's don't want to work anymore. Looks like Burners service is no different. Will go elsewhere for service.

This company was sold to Valley Well. Not clear if the principals continue at Valley or not.

The employees are always so nice and answer prompt! The couple times had to call for repair the guys look at and figure out what's wrong very fast. They work great together and explain what do/did.

they drilled one for me and it was on a creek bottom nothing but rock but now good water! there lead man really knows his stuff and got it done in two days ! and they stuck to the original estimate i am a business owner and will do business with them again!
