Absolute garbage service, they give you little to NO information about when they will be there and if you dont answer right away they pass you up. Good thing its not the summer with our refrigerator down. Can't give zero stars or I Absolutely would.
I've had very good experience with Mr. Burnett. He's a small business owner, so sometimes it takes him some time to get back to you. But he does good, honest work. I prefer Burnett for any HVAC and Appliance service at my home.
Apparently, they are out of business. I have called them multiple times and they refuse to answer. I only get a loud squealing sound in my ear. The sound is just like what you'll get when a fax machine picks up.
