I have used Jake 4 separate times on everything from fall cleanups to 1,200 sqft patio with engineered retaining walls and every time my customers have raved about the quality of work and communication throughout. I had absolutely no lawn at my house and it looked absolutely horrible. Jake worked with my budget and was able to condition the soil with an attachment on his bobcat saving on topsoil costs and seed the entire lawn. Jake was very easy to work with, very professional, and made sure I was happy with his work before he left. We had a big rainstorm after he redid my lawn and after the storm he came over to make sure none of the work he just did was damaged by the rain. Told me if there was any issues to contact him.
