This place is tops, I have to give a shout out to Matt at the parts counter! This fella has no problem going above and beyond when dealing with your part and accessory needs! The first experience I had with him was absolutely incredible! I thought “ wow what a go getter, must have just started. “ But I was wrong that is just him any time I have dealt with him he is always willing able and happy to do anything he can to make sure you get what you need! Thanks Matt Burnips give this man a raise!!

Had problems with my skid steer figured I'd give them the opportunity to fix the pins on my bucket. Specifically asked to let me know if it was going to be crazy expensive that I would take it elsewhere just because I know how new places are when you dont have an account. They supposedly fixed the pins/springs, charged me soo much that I was mind blown and when I brought it home it was no different. Asked them several times to make it right and they couldn't figure it out and eventually just stopped trying to fix it even with the crazy amount I paid. I had a friend look at it and an hour later with the tightening of the spring on the pin head it was fixed. From my experience, I wouldnt take a pedal bike to Burnips to have air put in the tire anymore with how poor the quality was.

The team at Nashville, both parts and service have always been awesome. We bought our tractor there 20 years ago and they have always been friendly and helpful. They are looking for the best and easiest solution every time I have a problem. This is the way business should be run. Thanks for the great service
