Burns Flooring & Kitchen Design

First of all this was the 2nd remodel I had done by Burn's . I was so satisfied by the work they did on my kitchen and master bath I asked them to do my guest bath. Unfortunately my Loving wife of 40 years was diagnosed with ALS ( Lou Garrett's disease) she has become so disabled that she is no longer able to use our bathroom shower or guest tub. I called Stephanie with Burns and told her who I was and that they did my first remodel. Of coarse she remembered me and was greatful that I had remembered her.. I told her about my wife and our devastating news. I told her I needed my guest bathroom converted to a handicap accessible bathroom ASAP. So my wife could be as comfortable as possible. And have some form of normalcy. She immediately came out got measurements and ideas and go

With no prior experience in remodeling, we didn’t know what to expect. Trust me, go no where else but to Burn’s. From walking in their door to the finished product, we were at ease. They delivered what they said they would do in a timely manner and consideration for us. Their craftsmen were knowledgeable, always explaining what was happening next and very “tidy” and respectful of our home.

A big shout out to Stephanie, Kevin, and the Burns Team! They did an amazing job on the bathrooms for our rental home. They worked with my tight time schedule and everything was done quickly and efficiently! I appreciate both Stephanie and Kevin communicating with me along the way about the progress. The transformation from a decades-old DIY project done incorrectly to a bright, updated, fresh new look that is done RIGHT is indescribable! I am no interior designer, so I very much appreciated Stephanie's help picking the tile and grout colors - they couldn't be more perfect to match the existing tile flooring and wall paint! This is just a few pictures of the quality work completed by this company I have several more that I’m not posting. If you are thinking about doing business with them I highly suggest running the opposite way It took them months to get to the point where they said it was complete however it still isn’t. There were several missed appointments, broken promises and their project manager never answers your calls. They left a huge mess in my flower bed where they were cutting tile in which my son cut his foot on along with clumps of grout on my sidewalk that I had to remove myself. Some are still there. There is grout still splattered on the front of my house. Do yourself a favor and hire anyone else. I’ve seen better quality from the guys hanging out at Home Depot looking for work. However if

We chose Burns to replace the countertops on our existing cabinets in our kitchen and bathrooms. Stephanie was so helpful when it came to choosing the best granite to coordinate with our existing floors and to fit our large island without having a seam. The granite shop and installers did an excellent job, especially with our odd shaped, large island. I would definitely recommend Burns!
