This is such an unprofessional company that definitely needs BETTER DRIVERS. Apparently these newbies can't drive the trucks they come in. Came by my block and completely yanked down our internet cable and then just laughed about it too. Called the company to inform them and they could care less. Be careful when hiring these people to work on your property. Might cause damages. UPDATE: We never got an apology instead just the employees laughing carelessly, which is what really bothered us. If they could've just apologized or acknowledged it we would've been fine with it. Also the cable was fine where it was they just weren't paying attention, spectrum came and fixed it and they themselves said the way the cable was put shouldnt have been a problem to any traffic.

I'm a realtor. I used Burns Septic today March 6th 2023. The technicians are Jeremy and John who came today to pump and Certify the septic system. They were on time, professional. The grass is back like noone business

Appointment was made for Septic service on Monday and they scheduled me for Tuesday between 8 and 2. Also informed to expect a call 30 minutes prior to arriving at my home. I received a call that Shane was on his way, and within 10 minutes he arrived. Shane introduced himself and explained what he was going to do to find my septic tank. Once located he also explained in detail how the process to cleaning out my septic tank. I commend Shane on his work ethic, very professional as he completed the service in a very short time and made sure he cleaned up the area. I would highly recommend Burns Septic Service.
