Burris Heating & Cooling absolutely saved us. Our furnace completely died when it was below zero and we had no heat. Allen came out quickly and had a brand-new furnace installed the very next day. His team was fast, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. Allen was honest from the start, gave me a fair price, and never tried to upsell me like other companies do. I trusted him immediately, and that trust was well earned. Now we have heat again, and I couldn’t be happier. I wouldn’t call anyone else for HVAC work — I recommend Allen and his team to anyone and everyone.

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night, and we called Burris Heating & Cooling the very next morning. Allen was able to fit us in the same day, which we truly appreciated. He clearly explained what needed to be done and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The installation team was efficient, timely, and did excellent work. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend Burris Heating and Cooling.

Bought a new home with a furnace that had a Burris sticker on the side. Angie and Allen were great to deal with, communications were good and the furnace that wasn't keeping the house warm ended up having a blown capacitor and blower motor. Allen drove over an hour for the parts, and came back that evening to get things installed and our heat on before the deep cold arrived the next day. To top it off, I just had a great time of conversation with Allen after all was done. Thank you Allen & Angie,!!! So glad we found a new trusted company to work with.
