We needed a new roof and initially contacted a couple roofing companies with positive reviews online but never heard back. A friend of a friend recommended Burris Roofing. Not only were they responsive, but Mr. Burris was at our house the next day. He was personable, knowledgeable, and shared about his talented and carefully selected staff. Mr. Burris has been in the industry for decades and it was clear that, for him and his company, the little things are just as important as the big ones. When he gave us a competitive estimate, we didn’t hesitate. Mr. Burris’s on-site staff was professional, friendly, respectful, and hard-working. They introduced themselves upon arriving, showed no hesitation climbing onto our extremely steep roof, and finished the work in 2 days, cleaning up after them

DR Horton was our home builder. Our roof was in very bad shape but we were not aware of the issues until the leaks started. Alex of Burris Roofing came out to inspect our leaky roof. Alex determined that there was no caulking or huge gaps around windows on the second level. He caulked what he could reach. He also determined that the roofers used nails instead of screws to install the flashing. Many of the nails had rusted out and there was space at the nail head where the wood was exposed. He replaced the nails with screws and caulked around them as well. Some of the gutters were pointed the wrong way. Alex completed the service work free of charge. Alex told me to call him if that didn't work and we would need to look closer at the flashing issues. That worked for about a month. By April

Tree fell on my house Memorial Day 2024. Mr Burris was there next day and helped me through the adjustment process. His quote was by far the most reasonable of the three. When the insurance finally approved the scope we needed (and he had recommended) the crew was very detailed and did a great job on what is a very complex installation that required a lot of skill, experience and manual labor. Highly recommend!!!
