I've only had to call Buschur Electric twice. Both times they were very responsive and professional. Today Cooper came to service my generator. He was professional and courteous. Awesome customer service always. Thank you!!
Place is ran by scammers, I called to get service nobody responded for 3 weeks, then suddenly they showed up unannounced at my front door on a Monday morning scaring my wife. She didn't know who they were or what they wanted since they never called or scheduled an appointment. Then they have have the nerve to send me a 75 dollar bill for a service call! Reported to BBB.
They were very responsive and their on site workers did a very good job setting up the back up generator
They supply hard to get light bulbs for are company
Very professional and friendly. Great service.
